BrainFu (brainfu.app) is an Australian digital product business. We make practical tools for adults with ADHD. We collect and handle data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
When you make a purchase, we collect your email address and name via our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store credit card details — all payment processing is handled by Stripe. We use your email address solely to deliver your purchased product and send order-related communications.
Your email is used to send your product download link and, occasionally, to notify you of product updates or new releases. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@brainfu.app.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to data they collect during checkout. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.
We use Google Analytics to understand how this site is used — pages visited, device type, rough location (country/city). No personal information is collected and we don't sell this data. If you'd rather not be counted, use your browser's Do Not Track setting or a tracker-blocker.
We use Meta Pixel so ads on Facebook and Instagram can measure whether they brought people to this site and so we don't keep showing the same ad to someone who's already purchased. You can manage Meta's use of this data in your Meta account settings.
For any privacy-related questions, email hello@brainfu.app.
